the schooner's interior design is applied to
making on board meals extra extraordinary -
from the setting presentation to the
particular choice of dishes demanded by the
occasion. Rather than the typical liveaboard
buffets, you can choose from daily a la
carte menus. Our abundant supply of food is
freshly flown-in and prepared by our
internationally trained chefs who add their
own special touch of gourmet magic.
Free flowing ventilation and ample natural
light streaming through the modern, fully
equipped galley, help the chefs to create a
delicious nouveau-fusion of traditional
western dishes, Indonesian cuisine and
culinary influences from further afield such
as Singapore, Thailand and Hong Kong.
We also supply a wide variety of alcoholic
and non-alcoholic drinks, quality teas and
the finest blends of international coffees.
